Overview
The national UN Volunteer Project Officer supports UNDP Kosovo’s EU-funded confidence-building programme in Pristina. The role leads communications and public visibility while assisting sub-grant selection, grantee oversight, research and reporting related to war-crimes accountability, victim support and regional dialogue.

Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate the project’s annual communication plan
- Produce press releases, web stories, social-media content and senior-management briefings
- Coordinate visibility requirements with UNDP and the EU Delegation
- Support calls for proposals and evaluate applications, budgets and workplans
- Monitor grantee activities and recommend corrective action
- Prepare progress and final reports and research replicable solutions
Requirements
- At least three years of experience with local institutions, civil society or international organizations in communications and project management
- Demonstrated experience in project implementation and research
- Experience working with social-media platforms
- Excellent oral, written, drafting and reporting skills
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Albanian and English
