Project Coordinator (PSA)

Coordinates implementation of UNU-WIDER's FORÇA climate-finance project with Mozambique's National Directorate for Climate Finance, maintaining workplans, monitoring and reporting while aligning budgets, administration, experts and partners with project milestones.

Department: UNU-WIDER

• Coordinate daily implementation across FORÇA project workstreams
• Maintain workplans, activity trackers and monthly implementation notes
• Monitor outputs, indicators and milestones against the project logframe
• Quality-assure narrative reporting and project documentation
• Track budgets and coordinate procurement, contracting and logistics
• Coordinate government counterparts, experts, partners, training and stakeholder events

• Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, development studies, finance, climate change or a related field, or an advantageous related master's degree
• Five years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or three years with a master's degree in project or programme coordination
• Experience supporting development-project implementation
• Experience in monitoring, reporting and administrative coordination
• Experience working with government institutions, international organisations or development partners
• Fluent English and Portuguese
