Overview

Provides procurement, finance, administration and monitoring support across UNDP Indonesia’s sustainable-finance and inclusive-growth projects, ensuring compliant delivery, reliable reporting, stakeholder coordination and effective logistics for missions, events and field activities.

Responsibilities

  • Compile project information and prepare work plans, budgets and implementation arrangements
  • Review procurement documents for completeness and compliance and monitor supplier delivery quality
  • Coordinate contracts, recruitment, events, field visits and project missions
  • Maintain procurement dashboards and monitoring systems across three programme initiatives
  • Collect and analyse delivery information for results monitoring, reporting and audits
  • Monitor project expenditure, commitments and risks and recommend corrective action
  • Prepare procurement, finance, progress and donor reports and operational documentation
  • Maintain stakeholder databases and support communications, resource mobilisation and partner training

Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • At least seven years of administrative, finance or project-management experience with secondary education, or four years with a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience using spreadsheets, database packages, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of financial, operational and procurement rules of the United Nations and government
  • Project-management experience involving administrative implementation documents
  • Experience with UN rules for travel, meetings, training and workshops
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
