Responsibilities
- Compile project information and prepare work plans, budgets and implementation arrangements
- Review procurement documents for completeness and compliance and monitor supplier delivery quality
- Coordinate contracts, recruitment, events, field visits and project missions
- Maintain procurement dashboards and monitoring systems across three programme initiatives
- Collect and analyse delivery information for results monitoring, reporting and audits
- Monitor project expenditure, commitments and risks and recommend corrective action
- Prepare procurement, finance, progress and donor reports and operational documentation
- Maintain stakeholder databases and support communications, resource mobilisation and partner training
Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least seven years of administrative, finance or project-management experience with secondary education, or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience using spreadsheets, database packages, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of financial, operational and procurement rules of the United Nations and government
- Project-management experience involving administrative implementation documents
- Experience with UN rules for travel, meetings, training and workshops
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
