Overview

Supports integration of beneficiaries of temporary protection into independent living in Ireland. The associate monitors activities, maps services and referral pathways, coordinates project administration and partners, prepares reports and data products, organises events and tracks implementing-partner compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor integration project activities
  • Compile, analyse and present project information and data
  • Support development of the integration strategy through research
  • Map stakeholders, support services and referral pathways
  • Coordinate administrative actions and external liaison
  • Prepare status reports, briefings, tables and project correspondence
  • Organise meetings, workshops and training sessions
  • Monitor implementing partners and report non-compliance

Requirements

  • School diploma with five years of relevant experience, or bachelor degree in political or social sciences, international relations, development, migration studies, human rights, law or a related field with three years
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Valid residence and work permit in Ireland
