Responsibilities
- Coordinate and quality-assure external technical-assistance services
- Advise the education ministry on school-feeding priorities and implementation
- Develop analytical reports, briefs and evidence products
- Manage consultancy firms and service providers against agreed deliverables
- Plan and deliver technical events, workshops and missions
- Support school-feeding resource mobilisation, proposals and donor reporting
- Improve operational processes, systems and governance arrangements
- Coach national staff in programme-cycle management
Requirements
- University degree in international relations, economics, social sciences or another relevant area
- Five years of post-graduate professional experience, including work with government and partners on school-feeding programmes
- Knowledge of food security, school feeding, school health and nutrition
- Experience working with Mozambican national institutions
- Experience working in multicultural teams
- Excellent reporting skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
