Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate programme planning, implementation, monitoring and corrective follow-up
  • Research and analyse operational, policy and programme information from diverse sources
  • Design surveys and interpret data to identify programme issues and conclusions
  • Prepare background papers, analytical reports, studies and presentation materials
  • Support consultative meetings, workshops, outreach and stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate field-mission travel, logistics, liaison and follow-up documentation
  • Develop and monitor budgets, funding submissions and procurement plans
  • Produce data visualisations and management insights for planning and reporting

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics or a related field, or a first degree with two additional years of experience
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or a related area
  • Experience preparing, presenting and justifying budget proposals for intergovernmental and expert bodies
  • Experience developing, coordinating and monitoring procurement plans for programme delivery
  • English at UN Level III
