Overview
The associate will support migration-health services for refugees in Batam by monitoring beneficiaries’ needs, coordinating medical referrals and insurance processes, maintaining confidential health records, supporting emergencies and organising health-promotion and community activities.

Responsibilities
- Monitor programme activities and gather information on beneficiary needs and concerns
- Report protection, security and health concerns through established procedures
- Maintain statistics, reports and Refugee Registration and Assistance Monitoring System data
- Coordinate access to health services with medical and insurance providers
- Prepare documentation for procedures outside insurance coverage and track referrals
- Support emergency health responses and urgent referral processes
- Organise health-promotion sessions, workshops, training and community outreach
- Verify service-provider documentation and support basic expense tracking
Requirements
- High school diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in public health, medicine or nursing with at least three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of health services and programme or operational support
- Basic understanding of health-service processes and referral pathways
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Indonesian
