Six-month hybrid internship with UNICEF Chile’s Business Intelligence team, supporting fundraising decisions through donor-data preparation and analysis, segmentation, dashboards, recurring performance reports, executive presentations and documentation of analytical methods.

Department: Business Intelligence

• Clean, process and analyse donor, campaign, income, acquisition and retention data
• Support donor segmentation based on behaviour and campaign response
• Create charts, dashboards and visual reporting outputs
• Update recurring fundraising performance reports and indicators
• Prepare executive presentations and analytical summaries
• Document definitions, methods and reporting procedures

• Current enrolment in, or graduation within the past two years from, an undergraduate or postgraduate programme in social sciences, economics, engineering or a related field
• Minimum age of 18
• Proficiency in Spanish
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel and R and/or Python
• Excellent academic performance
• No immediate relatives employed by UNICEF and no other relatives in the reporting line

• Hybrid, full-time internship in Santiago
• Expected start is August 2026
• Gross remuneration is CLP 650,000
