Responsibilities

  • Publish vacancies in line with staff regulations
  • Support application pre-screening and candidate contact for preliminary assessment
  • Coordinate psychometric and virtual assessments and prepare interview packs
  • Conduct reference checks and follow up onboarding processes
  • Maintain leave and time-off records and guide staff on system entries
  • Support compliance with labour laws, HR practices and legal requirements
  • Keep employee files updated with regulatory documentation
  • Update and maintain accurate information in IFRC HR systems

Requirements

  • Graduate of human resources, administration or a related programme
  • At least one year of experience, including pre-professional practice, in human resources management processes
  • At least six months of experience in personnel administration
  • At least six months of experience with ERPs and HR information systems
  • At least six months of experience in staff selection
  • Knowledge of human resources procedures, policies and processes
  • Knowledge of local labour legislation
  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and intermediate-advanced English
