Procurement Officer

Manages and supports procurement of goods, works and services for IFRC's Indonesia and Timor-Leste operations, ensuring compliant sourcing, supplier coordination and accurate procurement records.

Department: Country Cluster Delegation for Indonesia and Timor-Leste

• Conduct procurement processes for IFRC CCD Indonesia and Timor-Leste
• Manage end-to-end procurement of goods and services, including quotations, comparative bid analysis and recommendations
• Coordinate delivery, receipt and stakeholder communication for goods and services
• Conduct vendor site visits for verification and sample review when needed
• Advise Malaysia Red Cross on procurement guidelines, policies or procedures when requested
• Support colleagues with procurement matters and purchase requisitions in ERP or Smart Office
• Ensure compliance with the IFRC Code of Conduct and fraud and corruption prevention policy
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and PMI staff

• University degree in a relevant field
• Four to six years of experience, including at least two years in the area of expertise
• Experience supporting local procurement processes and supplier management
• Experience maintaining procurement records and documentation
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles
• Understanding of compliance, accountability and internal control requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Salary range starts from IDR 14,234,000 to IDR 18,051,000
• National contract under Indonesian labour law
