Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial-reporting design within Business Transformation
- Redesign the Chart of Accounts using IOM and IPSAS requirements
- Assess accounting master-data architecture and lifecycle controls
- Evaluate ERP capabilities and recommend process automation
- Advise on accounting practices within the future financial framework
- Design and deliver training for new finance processes and systems
- Manage organizational change and stakeholder adoption
- Coordinate external experts, consultants and technology vendors
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, management, finance, information technology or a related field with seven years of experience, or a university degree with nine years of experience
- Extensive accounting or financial-management experience covering consolidation, analysis, process design, master data and reporting
- Experience implementing effective financial controls
- Extensive experience with ERP systems and accounting technology
- Fluency in spoken and written English
