National Individual Consultant - Adapt the EduTech Lab Institutionalisation Guide

UNICEF Moldova seeks a National Consultant to review and adapt the EduTech Lab Institutionalisation Guide, aligning it with national education policy, school governance and financing frameworks to support the transition of EduTech Labs into sustainable, school-managed resources. The 3-month assignment is based in Chisinau and includes stakeholder consultations and finalization of the guide in Romanian.

Department: Education

• Review and map the draft EduTech Lab Institutionalisation Guide against national policies
• Adapt and restructure the guide to reflect national education governance and financing
• Align activity descriptions with existing school practices and capacities
• Support stakeholder engagement and validation of the adapted guide
• Finalize the guide in Romanian and prepare a summary activity report in English

• Advanced university degree (Masters or higher) in Education, Education Policy, Educational Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the national education sector covering policy, governance and management
• Fluency in Romanian and good working knowledge of English required

• Contract duration 3 months
