Delivers a nationwide campaign on the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s Digital Code by engaging communities, youth and local leaders through in-person and digital outreach. The volunteer adapts messages for local languages, gathers activity data and supports coordinated public awareness of responsible digital citizenship.
