Responsibilities

  • Develop the Movement Strategy 2027–2029 from existing drafts and member priorities
  • Define the situation analysis, theory of change, objectives, workstreams and governance
  • Create a phased implementation plan with milestones, responsibilities and security alternatives
  • Prepare member-facing and donor-facing summaries of the strategy
  • Design a lean results framework with indicators, sources and disaggregation
  • Develop outcome-harvesting tools for changes in discourse and duty-bearer behaviour
  • Create a quarterly steering-committee report template and mid-line review protocol
  • Incorporate feedback from movement leadership and member organisations

Requirements

  • Strong writing, research and analytical skills
  • Written English and the ability to work independently online
  • Computer, stable internet connection and availability for periodic virtual meetings
  • Commitment to rights-based, survivor-centred, non-discriminatory and do-no-harm approaches
