Responsibilities
- Develop the Movement Strategy 2027–2029 from existing drafts and member priorities
- Define the situation analysis, theory of change, objectives, workstreams and governance
- Create a phased implementation plan with milestones, responsibilities and security alternatives
- Prepare member-facing and donor-facing summaries of the strategy
- Design a lean results framework with indicators, sources and disaggregation
- Develop outcome-harvesting tools for changes in discourse and duty-bearer behaviour
- Create a quarterly steering-committee report template and mid-line review protocol
- Incorporate feedback from movement leadership and member organisations
Requirements
- Strong writing, research and analytical skills
- Written English and the ability to work independently online
- Computer, stable internet connection and availability for periodic virtual meetings
- Commitment to rights-based, survivor-centred, non-discriminatory and do-no-harm approaches
