Overview
Supports IOM’s migration health response in northern Mozambique, covering HIV, tuberculosis, cholera, nutrition and emergency primary care. The consultant coordinates mobile brigades and referrals, supervises field teams, works with health authorities and maintains programme data and reports.

Responsibilities
- Organize migration health activities covering HIV, tuberculosis, cholera and nutrition
- Coordinate with district health authorities and humanitarian partners
- Track displaced patients and maintain continuity of care through referrals
- Support integrated health, mental health, protection and camp management field teams
- Organize mobile primary health care brigades for displaced and host communities
- Supervise field team leaders and monitor community-based service delivery
- Maintain programme databases and submit weekly and bi-weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, nursing, public health, epidemiology or a related field with at least three years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with at least five years
- Experience implementing and monitoring health projects including nutrition, HIV or tuberculosis
- Experience coordinating with local health authorities and partners
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel
- Working proficiency in English as the posting language
