Responsibilities
- Support timely implementation of UNICEF education emergency response by partners in affected provinces
- Monitor EiE response delivery against agreed targets and plans in coordination with other sectors and cross-cutting groups
- Prepare situation analysis updates and emergency-related donor reports
- Assist education emergency communication, visibility and resource mobilisation
- Coordinate the Education Sector Group with national and provincial partners
- Support inclusive response and accountability to affected populations
- Collect data and information for education emergency response at national and local levels
- Support supply distribution planning and monitoring at provincial, district and commune levels
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in education, a related technical field, emergency management or another relevant area
- At least seven years of relevant experience in development planning and management in formal or non-formal education or related areas
- At least three years of field-based experience with large-scale emergencies or displaced or refugee situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Vietnamese
