Long Term Agreement: National Individual Consultant to Support Education Emergency Response and Recovery

Supports UNICEF Viet Nam's education emergency response and recovery through planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting, helping partners keep learning accessible for children affected by disasters.

• Support timely implementation of UNICEF education emergency response by partners in affected provinces
• Monitor EiE response delivery against agreed targets and plans in coordination with other sectors and cross-cutting groups
• Prepare situation analysis updates and emergency-related donor reports
• Assist education emergency communication, visibility and resource mobilisation
• Coordinate the Education Sector Group with national and provincial partners
• Support inclusive response and accountability to affected populations
• Collect data and information for education emergency response at national and local levels
• Support supply distribution planning and monitoring at provincial, district and commune levels

• Advanced university degree in education, a related technical field, emergency management or another relevant area
• At least seven years of relevant experience in development planning and management in formal or non-formal education or related areas
• At least three years of field-based experience with large-scale emergencies or displaced or refugee situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Vietnamese

• Long-term agreement for education emergency response and recovery assignments
