Education Officer

The officer provides technical, operational and administrative support across UNICEF Iraq education programming, from development planning through implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting and partner coordination.

Department: Education Programme

• Support education programme development and planning
• Contribute to programme management, monitoring and delivery of results
• Provide technical and operational support to education programme implementation
• Build networks and partnerships with government and other stakeholders
• Support innovation, knowledge management and capacity building for education programmes

• First-level university degree in education, psychology, sociology or another related field
• At least two years of relevant work experience in education programme management, humanitarian assistance, education governance, early childhood education, access to education, education information and data management, non-formal education, learning outcomes improvement or related fields
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required
