Logistics Assistant, Information Management

Manages logistics sector information for WFP Haiti, maintaining online logistics platforms, producing information products and coordinating data flows with partners, logistics teams and data management colleagues.

Department: Supply Chain

• Conduct logistics sector assessments and field analysis missions
• Produce logistics information products including LCAs, access constraint maps and SOPs
• Collect, filter and analyse relevant logistics information for the sector
• Maintain and update the Haiti logistics platform and its datasets
• Identify missing datasets and establish ways to obtain or create them
• Build working relationships with key partners and represent the platform in meetings
• Prepare presentations, reports, analysis products and advocacy material
• Advise and strengthen institutional partner capacity, including DGPC and CNIGS

• Secondary education, preferably supplemented by a bachelor degree in information technology or an equivalent field
• At least five years of experience in database management or information systems
• Excellent written and oral French language skills

• Service contract for 12 months, renewable
• Open only to Haitian nationals
