Livelihoods & Inclusive Economic Growth Specialists for GMM Project in Cameroon.

Research practical livelihood and inclusive-growth approaches for Goodness and Mercy Missions’ programmes in rural Cameroon. Eight online volunteers will examine market access, financial inclusion, appropriate technology, or women’s and youth economic participation and deliver referenced papers.

• Review international evidence for one assigned livelihoods and inclusive-growth theme
• Assess which models are viable in low-resource and crisis-affected settings
• Translate findings into practical implications for programmes in Cameroon
• Submit an outline, bibliography, full draft and revised final research paper
• Maintain regular remote communication with Goodness and Mercy Missions

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a field relevant to the assigned research area
• Academic or professional experience relevant to the assigned theme
• Ability to conduct structured desk research and assess source credibility
• Strong written English
• Reliable internet access

• Eight online volunteer assignments
• Each volunteer produces one 3,000–5,000-word paper
• Five-week milestone schedule
