Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of a manual for land valuation in land consolidation pilot areas
- Integrate soil survey data into the land valuation process
- Prepare scope of work for soil surveys with the project team and SCRA
- Contribute to a manual for practical re-allotment planning in pilot areas
- Train and guide national counterparts and the project team on land valuation
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in agriculture, land management, property valuation or another relevant discipline
- At least five years of practical experience with valuation of agricultural land in land consolidation projects
- Working knowledge of English
- Consultants with a bachelor's degree need two additional years of relevant professional experience
