Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of a manual for land valuation in land consolidation pilot areas
  • Integrate soil survey data into the land valuation process
  • Prepare scope of work for soil surveys with the project team and SCRA
  • Contribute to a manual for practical re-allotment planning in pilot areas
  • Train and guide national counterparts and the project team on land valuation

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in agriculture, land management, property valuation or another relevant discipline
  • At least five years of practical experience with valuation of agricultural land in land consolidation projects
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Consultants with a bachelor's degree need two additional years of relevant professional experience
