Knowledge Management Specialist

Leads a six-month knowledge transition for UNICEF’s Caribbean office, coordinating the capture, handover and quality assurance of institutional knowledge while strengthening accessible systems and staff capacity to preserve evidence and continuity through organisational change.

• Coordinate knowledge-management transition design across the Caribbean office
• Capture team and individual knowledge for structured handover
• Strengthen the accessibility and quality assurance of knowledge systems
• Build staff capacity to use retained knowledge during organisational transition

• Advanced university degree in knowledge management, organisational learning, information management, business administration, library and information studies, social sciences, public policy, development studies, communications, international relations or a related field
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in knowledge management, organisational learning, transition support, documentation, knowledge exchange, evidence curation, dissemination, programme support or related advisory work
• Fluency in English
