Responsibilities
- Organise in-person and virtual meetings, workshops and conferences
- Research and draft speeches and internal content
- Report programme achievements and support programme-review activities
- Develop communication materials for diverse audiences
- Research housing, climate, environment and humanitarian urban issues in Africa
- Coordinate with country offices on project concepts
- Prepare webinars and discussions on urban resilience
- Support reporting and communications with field and global offices
Requirements
- Current graduate study, current final year of a first degree, or completion of a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degree
- A field of study closely related to urban planning, environmental management, architecture, development studies, economics or a related field
- Computer literacy in standard software applications
- Ability to summarise and analyse technical urban and housing content
- Fluency in written and spoken English
