Responsibilities

  • Assist planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of country-level projects
  • Support inter-agency and country-team collaboration on development and humanitarian issues
  • Assist administration, budgeting and management of new and ongoing projects
  • Track funding calls and support resource mobilisation
  • Support information and knowledge management
  • Prepare concept notes, position papers, background documents, project documents and publications
  • Support communications, web stories and website content management
  • Assist meeting and workshop preparation, implementation and follow-up

Requirements

  • Enrolment in a graduate programme, enrolment in the final academic year of a first university degree, or recent graduation with a Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or equivalent degree
  • Computer literacy in standard software applications including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Field of study closely related to the internship
  • Fluency in oral and written English
