IT Operations Associate, SC6, Juba - South Sudan

Supports WFP South Sudan's ICT operations by maintaining secure LAN, WAN, SDWAN and voice connectivity for the Juba Country Office, enabling reliable business operations and emergency response.

• Install, configure and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructure in line with corporate standards
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across switching, routing and wireless environments
• Deploy, configure and support WAN and SDWAN solutions for resilient and efficient connectivity
• Maintain internet connectivity services and coordinate with service providers on outages and performance issues
• Configure IP addressing, VLANs and network segmentation for secure and scalable operations
• Administer voice systems, including PBX and IVR solutions, call routing and user provisioning
• Provide second-level support for network incidents and service requests under ITIL service management practices
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, SOPs and asset records, and support infrastructure upgrades and procurement processes

• High school and technical certificate in a relevant field
• VSAT, ITIL, telephony, radio communication, satellite telecommunication, MS Windows and computer networking certifications
• At least six years of professional experience in information technology and telecommunications, including hands-on LAN, WAN, network administration, connectivity management and technical support in operational environments
• Experience in IT service delivery and user support, network troubleshooting and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
• Cisco networking and security certifications
• Fluency in oral and written English

• The recruitment may also serve as a roster for the same or lower grade level, short-term contract modality or a different duty station for future operational needs
• The role may occasionally require travel to field offices to support infrastructure installation
