Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain LAN and WAN infrastructure in line with corporate standards
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across switching, routing and wireless environments
- Deploy, configure and support WAN and SDWAN solutions for resilient and efficient connectivity
- Maintain internet connectivity services and coordinate with service providers on outages and performance issues
- Configure IP addressing, VLANs and network segmentation for secure and scalable operations
- Administer voice systems, including PBX and IVR solutions, call routing and user provisioning
- Provide second-level support for network incidents and service requests under ITIL service management practices
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, SOPs and asset records, and support infrastructure upgrades and procurement processes
Requirements
- High school and technical certificate in a relevant field
- VSAT, ITIL, telephony, radio communication, satellite telecommunication, MS Windows and computer networking certifications
- At least six years of professional experience in information technology and telecommunications, including hands-on LAN, WAN, network administration, connectivity management and technical support in operational environments
- Experience in IT service delivery and user support, network troubleshooting and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
- Cisco networking and security certifications
- Fluency in oral and written English
