Responsibilities

  • Research sustainable development, governance, climate, finance, communications and assigned programme topics
  • Draft and format reports, presentations, briefings and project documentation
  • Coordinate workshops, consultations, field missions and stakeholder meetings
  • Collect and analyse data and track workplans, deliverables, expenditure and project progress
  • Process and verify finance records, payment requests, reconciliations and budget reports
  • Develop website, social-media, newsletter and visibility content under UNDP branding
  • Maintain databases, document repositories and project records
  • Provide filing, correspondence and partner-coordination support across programmes and operations

Requirements

  • Current enrolment in a university degree, final-year enrolment, or graduation within the past year with internship commencement within one year
  • Academic background in a field relevant to the assigned environment, governance, health, finance, communications or development portfolio
  • Bhutanese nationality
  • Written and verbal communication capability in English and Dzongkha
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
