Responsibilities
- Research sustainable development, governance, climate, finance, communications and assigned programme topics
- Draft and format reports, presentations, briefings and project documentation
- Coordinate workshops, consultations, field missions and stakeholder meetings
- Collect and analyse data and track workplans, deliverables, expenditure and project progress
- Process and verify finance records, payment requests, reconciliations and budget reports
- Develop website, social-media, newsletter and visibility content under UNDP branding
- Maintain databases, document repositories and project records
- Provide filing, correspondence and partner-coordination support across programmes and operations
Requirements
- Current enrolment in a university degree, final-year enrolment, or graduation within the past year with internship commencement within one year
- Academic background in a field relevant to the assigned environment, governance, health, finance, communications or development portfolio
- Bhutanese nationality
- Written and verbal communication capability in English and Dzongkha
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
