Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track technical reviews of SOFF Investment Funding Requests
  • Maintain the Technical Authority helpdesk and track requests and responses
  • Prepare and format technical guidance, templates, presentations and knowledge products
  • Organise technical meetings, webinars, workshops and consultations
  • Maintain knowledge repositories, databases and document libraries
  • Prepare communications on Technical Authority activities and achievements

Requirements

  • Current or recent enrolment in a bachelor's or master's degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, environmental studies, international development or a related discipline
  • Experience preparing documents, reports or presentations
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
  • Excellent oral and written English
