Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track technical reviews of SOFF Investment Funding Requests
- Maintain the Technical Authority helpdesk and track requests and responses
- Prepare and format technical guidance, templates, presentations and knowledge products
- Organise technical meetings, webinars, workshops and consultations
- Maintain knowledge repositories, databases and document libraries
- Prepare communications on Technical Authority activities and achievements
Requirements
- Current or recent enrolment in a bachelor's or master's degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, environmental studies, international development or a related discipline
- Experience preparing documents, reports or presentations
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
- Excellent oral and written English
