Responsibilities
- Update the stakeholder matrix for ENREDD+ governance bodies and contact information
- Support implementation of the CONAREDD+ training and engagement plan
- Organize and provide secretariat support for CONAREDD+ meetings
- Prepare and support meetings of technical working groups on benefits, safeguards and MRV
- Coordinate agendas, member contact, preparatory materials and meeting documentation
- Record meetings, prepare summarized reports, minutes and attendance lists
- Support travel, daily subsistence and logistics for in-person meetings
- Monitor synchronous and asynchronous ENREDD+ discussions to identify bottlenecks and conflict-resolution needs
Requirements
- Experience with secretariat support and agenda management
- Experience engaging partners from different audiences and sectors
- Experience monitoring or participating in participatory public-policy governance meetings
- Experience in social-context analysis of social movements
- Experience in environmental education, training processes and knowledge management
- Experience in climate finance, deforestation policies, biodiversity conservation or REDD+
- Experience with public policies for indigenous peoples, Quilombolas, traditional communities or family farmers
- Microsoft Office skills
