• Lead UNFPA country-office operations across finance, procurement, logistics, information technology, travel, common services, human-resources administration and premises security
• Set management targets
• Advise the Representative on compliance, cost effectiveness and course correction
• Implement business-process improvements
• Supervise teams
• And coordinate United Nations operational partnerships

• Postgraduate degree in business, public administration, finance, economics, management or a related field
• At least seven years of relevant operations-management experience
• Strategic planning, results-based management and business-process improvement experience
• Fluency in English
