Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt training materials, practical exercises, case studies and assessment tools
  • Deliver specialised training on behavioural detection, interviewing and risk-based decision-making
  • Design scenario-based exercises for operational border-control environments
  • Advise on human rights, non-discrimination, privacy and gender-sensitive approaches
  • Support mentoring, coaching and training-of-trainers initiatives
  • Conduct training needs assessments and advisory missions
  • Prepare technical reports, assessments and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioural sciences, criminology, law, security studies, border management, law enforcement, public administration, international relations or another relevant discipline
  • At least seven years of relevant professional experience in border security, customs, police, immigration, aviation security, intelligence or another relevant law enforcement field
  • Professional fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel for assignments
