International Expert in Behavioural Detection, Interviewing and Profiling

Roster consultants will support OSCE border security and law enforcement capacity building through training, advisory support and curriculum work on behavioural detection and interviewing.

Department: Border Security and Management Unit

• Develop and adapt training materials, practical exercises, case studies and assessment tools
• Deliver specialised training on behavioural detection, interviewing and risk-based decision-making
• Design scenario-based exercises for operational border-control environments
• Advise on human rights, non-discrimination, privacy and gender-sensitive approaches
• Support mentoring, coaching and training-of-trainers initiatives
• Conduct training needs assessments and advisory missions
• Prepare technical reports, assessments and recommendations

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioural sciences, criminology, law, security studies, border management, law enforcement, public administration, international relations or another relevant discipline
• At least seven years of relevant professional experience in border security, customs, police, immigration, aviation security, intelligence or another relevant law enforcement field
• Professional fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel for assignments
