Responsibilities
- Design and lay out one assigned Portuguese urban-policy or planning publication
- Integrate all text, maps, tables, photographs, diagrams and cover elements
- Apply UN-Habitat visual-identity guidance consistently across the document
- Prepare an editable production package for the completed publication
- Export a publication-ready PDF suitable for print and web dissemination
- Coordinate regular design reviews with the Guinea-Bissau technical team
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design and editorial layout for long-form institutional or technical publications
- Proficiency with InDesign, Affinity Publisher or comparable professional layout software
- Ability to integrate maps, tables, charts, photographs and diagrams into a coherent visual narrative
- Ability to work independently and remotely, meet deadlines and communicate regularly
