Responsibilities

  • Edit and format posters, flyers, banners, certificates and workshop materials
  • Create new visual assets for community AI literacy and public-awareness activities
  • Develop infographics on ethical AI, digital rights and responsible governance
  • Format training presentations and educational resources for print and digital use
  • Design graphics and reusable templates for social-media campaigns
  • Develop branding materials for the National AI Consultation
  • Deliver editable and ready-to-use communication packages each week
  • Collaborate remotely with the project team for six to ten hours per week

Requirements

  • Experience in graphic design, visual communication or multimedia design
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or comparable design software
  • Experience creating print and digital communication materials
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and collaborate remotely
  • Working knowledge of English and French
