Responsibilities
- Design, organise and maintain a structured stakeholder database for the national AI consultation
- Collect, verify and update information on identified organisations and institutions
- Conduct desk research to identify government institutions, universities, research centres and civil-society actors
- Map stakeholders working on artificial intelligence, digital technologies and digital transformation
- Support stakeholder mobilisation by organising and updating database information
- Promote inclusive participation by civil society, digital-rights groups and youth- and women-led organisations
Requirements
- Bilingual French and English, with French as the main language and ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment
- Strong research and information-management skills
- Experience in stakeholder mapping, partnership development or community engagement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organise databases and manage information effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work autonomously in a digital and multicultural environment
