Gender Knowledge Management Assistant

Maintains UNICEF Jordan’s gender and disability knowledge systems, organising meeting records and case studies, editing and publishing knowledge products, updating SharePoint and web content, documenting training and advocacy, supporting technical meetings and packaging evidence on inclusive programming.

Department: Gender and Disability Team

• Maintain Gender and Disability Team meeting records in the SharePoint repository
• Document case studies from gender and disability work in development and humanitarian settings
• Edit, format and organise technical briefs, checklists and other knowledge products
• Document staff learning sessions, external training and advocacy activities
• Update the country-office Gender and Disability SharePoint site and public website content
• Create flyers and visibility materials for internal and external audiences
• Support logistics and documentation for technical meetings
• Map and package evidence on gender-responsive and disability-inclusive programming

• Relevant background in communications, journalism, public relations, international development, gender studies, disability studies, social sciences, knowledge management, public administration or a related field
• Between one month and three years of relevant documentation, digital-communication or dissemination experience
• Excellent drafting, reporting and editing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and internet tools
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Arabic
