Employability Facilitator

Helps refugees and other HELIOS+ participants on Lesvos enter Greece’s labour market through individual and group career counselling, employer and vacancy mapping, job matching, employability workshops, documentation support, reimbursement records and accurate programme data management.

• Deliver individual and group career counselling
• Map employers, vacancies and employment sectors
• Build private-sector relationships and match beneficiaries to jobs
• Organise employability workshops and seminars
• Advise on work documents and maintain reimbursement records

• Relevant university degree
• Three years of relevant experience
• Similar employability-support experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Greek
