Education Specialist Cluster Coordinator

Coordinate the Education Cluster humanitarian response in Haiti by aligning government, UN and NGO partners, developing sector plans, monitoring response performance, strengthening information sharing, building partnerships and supporting coherent education programming for crisis-affected children.

• Coordinate humanitarian education actors across Haiti
• Develop sector plans and monitor cluster performance
• Facilitate information sharing among government, UN and NGO partners
• Strengthen partnerships and accountable programme delivery
• Build partner capacity and promote innovation and learning
• Support UNICEF education programming in emergencies

• Advanced degree in education, social sciences, international development or a related field
• At least five years of education programme planning, coordination, management or research experience
• Experience in humanitarian contexts
• Fluency in French and intermediate English

• Temporary national officer appointment for six months
