Driver-Conductor

Provides safe and reliable transport for UNICEF operations in Caracas, maintaining vehicles, using tracking and communication systems, documenting trips and supporting office operations during non-driving periods.

• Provide safe and reliable driving services in compliance with local traffic rules and UNICEF protocols
• Maintain and prepare assigned vehicles for routine operations
• Use digital tools and vehicle tracking systems for operational monitoring
• Document trips and maintain transport records
• Support communication and emergency preparedness during movements
• Provide office operational support during periods without driving duties

• Completed secondary education
• Valid driving licence
• Knowledge of local driving and traffic rules and regulations
• Minimum two years of work experience with a proven safe driving record
• Experience in humanitarian contexts at country level, particularly in development, fragile and humanitarian settings
• Knowledge of transport and orientation in the Caracas metropolitan area
• Experience in vehicle maintenance and vehicle tracking systems
• Fluent Spanish and basic English

• Temporary appointment duration: 3 months
