Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain simple automated tools using Google Sheets and Google Forms
  • Improve internal coordination tools for meetings and document tracking
  • Test approved AI tools for report summaries, key-point extraction and meeting notes
  • Document simple AI use cases for daily office tasks
  • Update dashboards and organize programme data on sexual and reproductive health, GBV and youth work
  • Review and test digital tools for youth engagement
  • Prepare simple guidance notes and peer-learning materials on digital practices

Requirements

  • At least 1 month and up to 1 year of professional experience
  • Hands-on familiarity with Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms
  • Practical understanding of basic generative AI tools and secure prompting
  • Ability to translate raw tabular data into clear visual charts or dashboards
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and collaborative skills
