Overview

Coordinates administrative, financial and organisational support for NATO’s industry partnerships and policy work. The role manages committee documentation, budgets and partnership funds, tracks projects and actions, maintains information systems, supports the NATO-Ukraine working group and supervises one staff member.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare committee documentation and coordinate follow-up on policy and partnership work
  • Maintain action-tracking, intranet pages and structured electronic filing systems
  • Manage section budgets, partnership funds, transaction records and financial reporting
  • Monitor projects and partnership activity statistics
  • Provide secretariat support to the NATO-Ukraine defence-technical cooperation working group
  • Guide one staff member, set priorities and provide performance feedback
  • Support mission preparation and liaison across divisions, delegations and international organisations

Requirements

  • Higher secondary education with six years of post-related experience, or relevant upper vocational training or post-secondary degree with three years of experience in administration or project management
  • Experience organising conferences or other coordinated events
  • Advanced proficiency in either English or French and at least elementary proficiency in the other
  • In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint-based collaboration tools
  • Nationality of a NATO member country

  • Three-year definite-duration contract with potential conversion to indefinite duration
  • Travel, work outside normal hours and teleworking may be required or permitted according to business needs
