Responsibilities
- Support development of medical capabilities under NATO 2030 common-funded projects
- Represent JMED in NATO 2030 conferences and working groups
- Plan projects, define objectives and establish timelines
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and updates
- Integrate medical initiatives into common-funded capability delivery governance
- Secure resources, optimise workflows and manage budgets
- Support budget committee preparation and procurement processes
- Prepare briefings, background papers and speaking notes on medical projects
Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional experience in project management and support of business risk and change management
- Experience in resource management processes and tools to secure resources
- Experience preparing correspondence, proofreading material, compiling publication material, preparing presentations and related administrative duties
- University degree with two years of function-related experience, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and four years of post-related experience
- English SLP 3333
- Candidate must obtain NS security clearance and a medical certificate

- Project Linked NATO International Civilian post with a three-year definite duration contract under the NATO 2030 Agenda
- Role requires TDY assignments inside and outside NATO boundaries and willingness to work unsocial hours
