Responsibilities

  • Support development of medical capabilities under NATO 2030 common-funded projects
  • Represent JMED in NATO 2030 conferences and working groups
  • Plan projects, define objectives and establish timelines
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues and updates
  • Integrate medical initiatives into common-funded capability delivery governance
  • Secure resources, optimise workflows and manage budgets
  • Support budget committee preparation and procurement processes
  • Prepare briefings, background papers and speaking notes on medical projects

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of professional experience in project management and support of business risk and change management
  • Experience in resource management processes and tools to secure resources
  • Experience preparing correspondence, proofreading material, compiling publication material, preparing presentations and related administrative duties
  • University degree with two years of function-related experience, or higher secondary education with advanced vocational training and four years of post-related experience
  • English SLP 3333
  • Candidate must obtain NS security clearance and a medical certificate
  • Only nationals from NATO member states can apply
