Consultants - Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)

WHO seeks external consultants in Brazzaville for a three-month assignment to adapt and run its sexual and reproductive health costing tool, validate country assumptions with stakeholders and convert results into a costing report, policy brief and dissemination slide deck.

Department: AF/HSS Health Systems and Services

• Review national health-service packages and delivery modalities
• Identify country data on unit costs, inputs, commodities and overheads
• Adapt and populate the WHO sexual and reproductive health costing tool
• Run costing and sensitivity analyses and validate assumptions
• Prepare a costing report, policy brief and dissemination presentation

• Relevant expertise in sexual and reproductive health costing and health-system analysis
• Ability to deliver analytical and policy products
