Consultancy: Strategic Communication and Graphic Design (CAPACITY Programme)

Develops strategic communications, presentation, reporting and dashboard products for IOM’s CAPACITY Programme, turning complex migration-governance results into clear materials for donors, government counterparts, senior leaders and participating country offices.

Department: CAPACITY Programme, IOM Denmark

• Develop high-level programme presentations and speaking materials for donors, governments and senior stakeholders
• Create country presentation packages for Syria and Lebanon plus a reusable CAPACITY portfolio template
• Finalise quarterly updates and the two-year programme summary from country-office inputs
• Advise on dissemination materials for the programme’s second anniversary
• Produce internal presentations and communications briefing materials for IOM Denmark
• Refine the external Power BI dashboard for stakeholder engagement and programme updates

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in strategic communications, knowledge management, programme or donor reporting, public affairs, policy communications or editorial work
• Experience developing high-quality communication and visibility products for international organisations, development agencies or government institutions
• Experience preparing presentations, briefings, reports and stakeholder-facing knowledge products for senior audiences
• Ability to translate complex technical or programme information into clear products for different audiences
• Fluency in English

• Four-month consultancy
• Work is expected to be conducted mostly remotely
• No travel is required
