Responsibilities
- Organise programme evidence, reports, data and learning materials on child rights, climate resilience and environmental protection
- Draft policy briefs, evidence summaries, presentations, meeting notes and lessons-learned products
- Support concept notes, proposals, workplans, situation analyses and child-focused vulnerability assessments
- Help plan capacity-building initiatives for government counterparts, service providers, communities and young people
- Coordinate information exchange and follow-up with UN, government, civil-society, development and private-sector partners
- Document safe and inclusive child and youth participation in climate and environmental decision-making
Requirements
- University education in public health, environmental or climate science, social sciences, international relations, public administration, public policy, social policy, social development, community development or another relevant field
- Demonstrated interest or experience in climate adaptation, resilience, disaster risk reduction, climate impacts on children, climate-smart social services or environmental protection
- English proficiency
