Responsibilities
- Coordinate country-office planning processes and strengthen coherence across programme sections
- Develop and maintain the integrated monitoring, evaluation and research plan
- Monitor the situation of children and support evidence-based programme assessment
- Track programme performance and promote adaptive management and accountability for results
- Strengthen monitoring capacity among UNICEF teams and implementing counterparts
- Coordinate research, evaluation, data use and management reporting across the country office
- Build partnerships and networks with government, development partners and United Nations agencies
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, statistics, planning, international development or a related field
- Five years of relevant experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation, programme management, results-based management, data analysis or related work
- Fluency in French
- Intermediate proficiency in English
