Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Gender-PSEA Committee
- Support the organisation of workshops and Gender-PSEA committee meetings, including minutes and follow-up of recommendations
- Support the Gender Unit in planning and implementing its annual work plan activities
- Support budget mapping in Quantum and budget revisions
- Support the collection of evidence and monitoring of indicators for Gender Seal certification
- Participate in meetings and workshops with government, private sector and UN system partners
- Support the promotion of a gender-sensitive culture within the office
- Share experiences, innovations and good practices in gender promotion
Requirements
- At least two years of experience supporting gender mainstreaming in projects
- Knowledge of key concepts related to gender and social inequality
- Experience in programme or project support including administrative, logistics and financial monitoring
- Excellent command of French, spoken and written
