Responsibilities
- Implement civic engagement, participatory governance and community-led recovery activities in partner hromadas
- Conduct community assessments and stakeholder mapping with attention to veterans, youth, IDPs, women and people with disabilities
- Facilitate consultations, community profiling and co-creation of local recovery priorities
- Support Community Engagement Working Groups as inclusive platforms for dialogue and participatory decision-making
- Coordinate with local authorities, civil society, community groups and public institutions
- Document feedback, social risks, lessons learned and civic engagement results for reporting and adaptive management
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, public administration, law, political science or a related field is required, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Minimum two years with master's degree, or four years with bachelor's degree, at national or international level in civic engagement, inclusive recovery or community development
- Experience using computers, office software and web-based management systems, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required
- Ability and readiness to undertake regular field missions to project locations in the target oblast is required
