Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health, Rwanda Biomedical Centre and partner agencies on Ebola preparedness
- Strengthen infection prevention and control systems in health facilities
- Support the expansion of WASH services for outbreak prevention and response
- Enhance community-based preparedness for cross-border Ebola risks
- Build national and subnational WASH and IPC response capacity
- Support continuity of essential services during outbreak preparedness and response
Requirements
- University degree at bachelors level or higher in Public Health, Environmental Health, WASH, Engineering, Epidemiology or a related field
- At least eight years of WASH experience, particularly in Ebola, Marburg or comparable public health emergency response
- Strong spoken and written English and Kinyarwanda
