Translation Project Manager

Coordinates NATO translation assignments from intake through delivery, planning demand and freelance work, tracking priorities and client expectations, maintaining communication across linguistic-services stakeholders and improving translation workflows so documents are delivered accurately, consistently and on schedule.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of translation projects and incoming requests
• Coordinate freelance assignments, workloads and translation delivery schedules
• Maintain communication among clients, linguists and external providers
• Track document priorities and manage client expectations across committees
• Identify efficiency gains and recommend improvements to translation workflows

• University-level translation training or a relevant degree
• At least three years of translation project-management or demand-processing experience
• Professional project-management certification
• NATO proficiency in one of English or French and advanced proficiency in the other
• Nationality of a NATO member country
