Leads IT projects and services at NATO’s maritime research centre in La Spezia. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute IT projects against scope, cost, schedule and quality
- Develop product roadmaps and manage client relationships
- Allocate people, budgets and technical resources across projects
- Lead cross-functional Agile DevSecOps teams
- Manage parallel work packages through delivery and acceptance
- Oversee IT infrastructure, service operations and security
- Coordinate contractors, related programmes and technical stakeholders
- Report budgets, risks, deviations and mitigation measures
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, telecommunications engineering, electrical engineering, information systems design or a related field with at least five years of directly relevant experience, or at least twelve years of equivalent progressive expertise
- Experience leading large cross-functional international IT projects
- Experience delivering Agile projects within time and budget constraints
- Supervisory experience with multidisciplinary IT delivery teams
- Agile Project Management or Professional Scrum Master certification
- English proficiency at NATO SLP 3333
- Nationality of a NATO member country
