Overview
The associate manages repayment outreach for IOM’s US refugee travel-loan programme, reviews loan accounts, records contacts, answers participant enquiries, negotiates payment arrangements, performs skip tracing, issues letters and supports WebPortal registration while maintaining legal and data-protection compliance.

Responsibilities
- Contact participants with overdue travel-loan accounts
- Record contact outcomes and account data accurately in loan systems
- Respond to participant account enquiries by telephone and email
- Negotiate fair repayment arrangements and address participant objections
- Perform skip tracing and distribute repayment correspondence
- Support participant registration and use of the Travel Loan WebPortal
Requirements
- University degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or high-school diploma with at least five years
- Fluency in English and Rohingya
- Experience in office management, accounting or bookkeeping
- Valid United States residence and work authorization
