Responsibilities

  • Contact participants with overdue travel-loan accounts
  • Record contact outcomes and account data accurately in loan systems
  • Respond to participant account enquiries by telephone and email
  • Negotiate fair repayment arrangements and address participant objections
  • Perform skip tracing and distribute repayment correspondence
  • Support participant registration and use of the Travel Loan WebPortal

Requirements

  • University degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or high-school diploma with at least five years
  • Fluency in English and Rohingya
  • Experience in office management, accounting or bookkeeping
  • Valid United States residence and work authorization
