Responsibilities
- Manage life-support contracts for catering, rations, fuel, water and general supplies
- Plan cost estimates, budget implications and long-term service forecasts
- Monitor contract delivery, vendor performance and key performance indicators
- Lead site assessments, procurement actions and resource planning during mission changes
- Maintain reliable inventory controls and reconcile SAP and Power BI records
- Prepare contract committee cases, audit responses and corrective action plans
- Supervise Life Support Unit staff, workplans and performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational certificate in business administration, logistics or a related field
- Ten years of progressively responsible relevant experience, reduced to five years with a first-level university degree
- Four years of supervisory experience in fuel, rations and inventory warehouse management
- English at UN Level II
