Supply Officer

Leads the mission's Life Support Unit, managing contracts, budgets, inventories and vendor performance for catering, rations, fuel, water and general supplies. The role safeguards service continuity, data accuracy and compliant resource use across all mission sites.

Department: Life Support Unit, Mission Support Division

• Manage life-support contracts for catering, rations, fuel, water and general supplies
• Plan cost estimates, budget implications and long-term service forecasts
• Monitor contract delivery, vendor performance and key performance indicators
• Lead site assessments, procurement actions and resource planning during mission changes
• Maintain reliable inventory controls and reconcile SAP and Power BI records
• Prepare contract committee cases, audit responses and corrective action plans
• Supervise Life Support Unit staff, workplans and performance

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational certificate in business administration, logistics or a related field
• Ten years of progressively responsible relevant experience, reduced to five years with a first-level university degree
• Four years of supervisory experience in fuel, rations and inventory warehouse management
• English at UN Level II
